About the Pocantico RiverÂ
Watershed Alliance
Our Mission
Our mission is to protect, restore, and conserve the natural resources of the Pocantico River Watershed by connecting people to important information and encouraging collaborative problem solving.
What We Do
Community Meetings
As part of our mission we serve to bring important issues to the forefront and present recent research being conducted by local scientists and organizations. Our meetings give the public access to learn, discuss, and engage with the environmental efforts in the region.
Current Projects
PRWA, with funding from the Water Resources Institute, has begun research to understand the perceptions of stakeholders within the watershed. We have created a survey to collect the data and will share the results here when we have analyzed it all.
If you would like to participate in our research by taking this 10-15 minute survey, click here.
